Welcome to Bond Money. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bond Money demonstration platform, which operates exclusively within the New Reality Demo Stage environment. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

Bond Money is a simulated fintech experience designed for educational, illustrative, and testing purposes only. No real funds or financial services are offered.

2. Demo Nature of the Platform

Bond Money is not a live or licensed financial institution.

The platform exists solely as a sandbox simulation to showcase how digital financial operations may function.

All actions on the platform are non-binding, non-commercial, and non-regulated.

3. Use of Demo Tokens (Bond and FDK)

Bond Money operates using two virtual tokens:

3.1 Bond Coin

A proprietary demo token exclusive to the Bond Money environment.
Used to simulate account balances, transfers, and payments within the demo.

Cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, or exchanged for fiat or any crypto-asset.

3.2 FDK Token

A universal demo token provided by the New Reality platform.

Accepted across other demonstration services connected to New Reality.

Also non-redeemable and non-transferable outside the demo ecosystem.

All transactions conducted with Bond or FDK tokens are entirely fictitious and have no monetary value.

4. No Real Financial Activity

You acknowledge and accept that:

No real fiat currency or cryptocurrency is used on the platform.

No payment processing, card issuing, bank account creation, or KYC onboarding takes place.

System features only simulate what may occur in a production financial environment.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of Bond Money, you agree to:

Use the platform for exploration, testing, or learning only.

Not misrepresent the service as a regulated or operational financial product.

Not promote or redistribute the platform under false or misleading claims.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, interface elements, logic, and simulation flows presented on Bond Money are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform owner or its affiliates.
You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or republish any part of the platform without prior written consent.

7. Data & Privacy

While the platform does not handle sensitive financial data, it may collect anonymized technical usage data to improve the simulation experience.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bond Money is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding platform accuracy, uptime, or simulation outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bond Money disclaims all liability for:

Any reliance on simulated results

Any misinterpretation of platform capabilities

Any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform

9. Changes to These Terms

Bond Money may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be published with a new “Effective Date” at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any changes.
